Terms of service

Welcome to Aquavate terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. We provide hydro excavation services with the utmost care and safety. However, clients must ensure that the worksite is accessible and identified hazards have the appropriate controls in place.

2. Clients are responsible for securing all necessary permits and authorizations needed for the excavation project. This includes any Works over permits. Close approach permits and any Stand overs.

3. We will not be held responsible for any delays caused by weather conditions or other unforeseen events. We will communicate any delays promptly.

4. Payment terms are agreed upon before the start of the project. Clients must make payments on time as outlined in the agreement.

5. We will carry out all service locating with care. However, clients should provide us with all known information about underground services including underground service plans and current B4udig documents

6. Clients must notify us of any changes or additional requirements as soon as possible.

7. All debris resulting from the excavation will be removed by our team unless otherwise agreed upon and there is suitable provisions to offload onsite.

8. We guarantee our work and will address any issues that arise from our services. Clients should report any concerns.
